Thor by KidNotorious Thor by KidNotorious
You haven't seen much of Thor in my gallery until now.
I'm only just now drawing on a scale suitable for the god of thunder.

Nice! I always really like those background explosions and energy that you put in the background of these. That lightning looks especially awesome.

Zounds! Again, impressive coloring, shading, and lighting work.

Have lost track of his recent uniforms from so many artists and revamps over the past few years.

Looks like some great mash-up work. Always loved the helmet-wearing Thor!

I think Thor has been wearing pretty much the same costume for a few years now.
This is kind of a mash-up of his current comic look and the feel of the movie armor.

I think I remember Olivier Coipel as one of Marvel's Young Guns artists and he drew Matt Fraction's new 2007 Thor series that features the current armor we see now.
At least that's how I remember it.

Heh, yeah Spect Spidey had a special unique feel to it.
Something the MTV Raimi-inspired CG animated series didn't quite have.

I do admit liking the Spidey outfit for this new Ult series though as its more of the style I grew up on(80s re-runs of the 60s cartoon, Saturday morning NBC Spidey & His Amaz Friends)as well as the classic John Romita style.

I don't think you give yourself enough credit. Your stuff has always been great! Which markers do you prefer by the way Prismacolor or Copic? And great work as always, can't wait to see the upcoming pieces.

What size paper is it on? Your markers must have taken a blow in this piece, especially that cape. As always very nice work.

I think this one is 14"x17".
My markers took quite a blow between this, Scarlet Witch and the upcoming Captain America and Iron Man pieces.
