: Update :
Oh thank goodness!
The submitted picture has been taken down it seems.

The project I'm currently working on is taking up all of my time and exhausting me, I was sure this was going consume any spare time I had in the days to come.
Thanks to everyone who helped in getting this thing taken down and all of the words of support really mean a lot!

Another year, another swipe.

Looks like it's my old Jack Skellington marker piece this time.
Somebody has taken my artwork, edited the majority of the background (including my signature) and submitted it to Threadless.

I've left a comment but I'm not sure where to go to report this.

Here's the original :pointr:
A simple marker piece that I made years ago to cut through the boredom of a afternoon that surprisingly became one of my most popular deviations.
It was never meant to be anything more than a quick sketch.

Damn, I'm a day late and a nailbat short, it seems. Good thing they took it down. I don't have time to hunt down assclown thieves and knock their teeth out, but I'll make time if I have to.

Keep up the fantasticness, Charles. :smooch:

It was a little weird to see a tiny sketch that you could fit inside your hand blown up and horribly edited to fit across a large t-shirt.

Looks like its been reported, it really sucks to see that kind of thing happening. What I don't get though is why do they go through all the trouble of altering a piece and claiming it as there own when all they have to do is take a little time and create a piece of art. Hell man they could even use your piece as inspiration and give you credit for inspiring them. Too many people are just a-holes. Glad they took it down, take care bro.

I still have your Eric Draven sketch tattooed on my left arm, and anytime somesone goes "oh man thats awsome" or "nice art" i say "Thanks, it was drawn by an artist named Charles Holbert Jr. Check him out." =D I make sure to let people know its your work on my arm.
