Doomkitty Wolverine

A sketch that was intended to give me a kick in the pants and push me to start drawing a little more has now turned into a sketch to get me coloring a little more.

Studying classic pin-ups from artists like Gill Elvgren, Alberto Vargas and George Petty are what taught me to draw feminine curves and apply that to lifelong love of superheroes. Cosplay combines those two things perfectly. If I ever take the time to draw a few pin-ups again I would love to make the subject a few of my favorite cosplayers, seems I've been edging towards it for years.

Until then I'll just have to calm that itch with this little sketch of Ms.Doomkitty as Wolverine.
