That's probably the best advice I can give.
Good pens like Micron and Pitt Artist Pens really help.

See if you can ask to be sent there free catalog that's good for a full year, most of their art supplies are half the price you'll find them in most art stores.
Other than that most art store should carry those pens inculding Micheal's, JoAnn's, and Aaron Brother's framing stores.
I've heard quite a bit recently that it can be hard finding some of the pens and markers outside of the US.
I don't even know if they have one of the stores I mentioned over in Finland.
